Output 3: LAC Knowledge Management Practice strengthened by connecting the KM Unit with internal and external actors


Drivers:

Change in the hierarchical nature of the organization through democratization of knowledge production and sharing and empowerment of people to decide on what common knowledge will be built.
2. Reversion of the “silo syndrome” of the Organization, mobilizing each person in the Organization to become an active player in the KM project and each Bureau and unit to engage on KM activities.
3. End of fragmentation of KM efforts, capitalizing on the successful global, regional and national KM initiatives but leading a progressive shared vision and KM platforms.
